What is "One Team" and how it can be a game changer for employers to address the employee relocation experience.
From country selection to immigration needs to the actual move most areas of relocation are addressed, but once the employee is in the new country – getting to know the culture and even the language if different can be a daunting task. "One Team" helps make our relocated employees and their families more comfortable which results in a favourable work experience.
-
The versatility of the Poland "One Team" Program and its global application:
The "One Team" program as it was designed can be modified to meet the needs of each country as each relocation experience varies from country to country. When thinking about how to roll this out globally, we can help you figure out how to select the Main stakeholders of the project, choosing the right initiative to roll out as each country is different. Leading with communication and meaningful follow-up activities with those employees involved in the program.
